IMPORTANT! Sophos ‘false positives’ issues…
As many of my customers are already aware, we are currently experiencing extremely high call volumes and heavy workload due to a Sophos false positives issue that has detected key Windows files and deleted them, causing an unprecedented amount of problems with Sage, Act, Quickbooks, FileMaker, CRM, and even Sophos itself!
As a result, we have been working closely with Sophos 3rd line technical support to resolve any issues that our customers are facing.
