Additionally, Silver-level clients enjoy unlimited onsite support services and liaisons with third parties such as internet service providers.
Our highest level, the Gold level, offers the most intensive support such as unlimited onsite support visits and hardware repairs and replacements for non-laptop or Apple-branded hardware. Gold-level clients also receive two annual onsite health checks. For members at this level, maximum response times are also updated to include all items under contract.
