We are very pleased with the service we have been given by Barton, we have had a number of issues with our computer and when we asked the team to pick the computer up, they were on time and very polite. The work was carried out while we were on holiday and the computer was ready and fixed for when we got home. We have also used their help line and again very good customer service.

As you know, I signed up last year for your Business Techni-Cover Silver Service. It was not long before I became aware of 3 problems on my computer. The hardest bit was finding time to report them, but during your visit, I mentioned the issues, and within 24 hours they were all satisfactorily resolved, even one which I had complained about for my former IT Consultant and which had been annoying me for a considerable time.

For me, this service is worth every penny. I am now able to bumble along in my non- IT - Literate way, knowing that there is someone at the end of the phone who can jump around my computer whilst I sit back with a cup of coffee and look in awe at my cursor whizzing around my monitor, repairing, patching and getting rid of unwanted material. I also appreciate that someone such as yourself can pop in every once in a while to check on how your service is helping me and discussing any issues I might have with my computer.

I have no hesitation in recommending Barton Technology's services to my family and friends. A good company is only successful if it is run by highly competent management and employees - and Barton sits extremely well in that area.
